Where are you from?

Postby Doc » June 22nd, 2010, 8:58 am

I noticed lots of people don't have their location listed in their profile. Now I'm not a stalker or anything, and it's not required, but it is interesting to see where everyone is from. It's also helpful to other users who might want to try and organize a get-together in their area to get themselves familiar with other riders. Who knows, maybe one day I might do some customization to the site that could list users by location. You don't have to give GPS coordinates, or street addresses or anything like that, just a State, and closest city.

In the format - Virginia, Troy

That way the information can be sorted by state first.

For those of you in places without states, you can just do Country and City - England, London for example.

Reversed my city and state to read....... State and city (southern) Well, we're actually north of the Mason-Dixon line, but we're defined by National Geographic as Southern due to character and disposition of the citizens below the C & D Canal! [
