No conflict here. So far every helmetless biker I've seen knows what they're doing and knows the risks. When they quit wearing eye protection I'll start getting more concerned.

Where does Govt. get the money to pay your health ins. and your hospital bill? Didn't they take it from you. If you answer yes, then it should be your choice wheather to wear a helmet.

And for the record, I never ride without a helmet, even though I do not have to in my state.
